Pricing
The Refugium Tilliach is rented by the week. On request also long weekends with 3 nights are possible. The maximum occupancy is 23 persons, children included. The price is "all inclusive", with the exception of the final cleaning (one-time € 450,00.-), the visitor's tax of € 2,00.- per person and night and possible extra services.
The prices below refer to the booking of the entire property for 8 people and are valid for the indicated period. For each additional person there is a surcharge of € 80,00.- per night, for children up to 12 years a surcharge of € 40,00.- per night. All prices include VAT.

Included services
Exclusive use of the entire chalet. This includes 12 bedrooms (single-, double- and triple-rooms) some with panoramic balcony, two parlors with farmhouse stove, library, wine cellar with wine tavern, fully equipped professional kitchen, laundry room, ski and bike room. In addition, you have free access to the wellness area with Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, hay bath and relaxation room at any time.

Reservation & Payment
With the reservation 30% of the rental amount is due as a deposit. After receipt of the deposit the pre-reservation becomes binding.
30 days before arrival the total amount of the reservation (rent, final cleaning, pre-booked services) plus a deposit of 1.500 € per week is due.
If this amount is not transferred within 5 days, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit retained as a cancellation fee for the lost rent.
All additional offers and services consumed on site will be settled at the end of the stay and set off against the deposit.
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation on the part of the guest, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 90 days before check-in, guests receive a 100% refund
Up to 60 days before check-in guests will receive a 50% refund
Less than 60 days prior to check-in, guests will not receive a refund
